"I wanted to take this time also to Thank You for everything!! You were so great to work with, flexible and willing to work with all my craziness (including my families!). I received a TON of compliments on the food, the location and the wonderful service and I cant thank you enough for making our special day AMAZING!! I’ve told all my friends and family about you and have even referred you to a couple friends for parties and upcoming weddings as well J I’m amazed that it took me so long to discover your wonderful location, it gorgeous. Thank you again for all your hospitality, it was greatly appreciated. Our wedding day is something we’ll never forget and I feel blessed that Culpepper’s and yourself were apart of it. "Culpepper's has been a staple in Rockwall for many years, but it has not been until recently that they have been taking the new fine dining popularity that has boomed in the DFW area seriously. They re-vamped their whole thought process, and instead of just being another steak house in a cool building, they have really set themselves apart. As far as Rockwall goes, there is nothing else like it, and there is no other dining that can even come close to Culpeppers. As far as the DFW area goes, I would place Culpeppers in my top 10 restaurants in the DFW, and it is in my top 5 Steakhouses for sure!"

"I stopped by unannounced yesterday evening to talk to someone about
reserving The Backyard area for a wedding in July. Roy was so helpful and
enthusiastic and easy to work with. I have always been impressed with
Culpepper's in general, but people like Roy Figueroa just make it stand
out even more from the rest of Rockwall's dining/event options. As a
result, we are booking The Backyard for both the wedding and dinner
reception. Thank you Roy!"

Tonight, I was looking for a place to enjoy fine dining and a romantic evening with my fiance. I am happy to report that Becky our server was "EXCELLENT", attentive and extremely helpful in my wine selection. I was interested in enjoying a very hard wine to find in a restaurant, called "The Patriot" which she discovered comes from Israel. I settled with a wine called, Argus which I was happy to hear that management does sampling of wines to give possible choices of what they are like. I like the fact that she served samples in small glasses. Rarely done that I have experienced and is absolutely SMART. Which I was able to narrow down EXACTLY what I wanted.
WHOEVER the chef that blessed us with the stuffed fish spinach and baby potatoes should be restaurant arrested for life. It was exquisite and tantalizing that I have already told my dearest friends about it. The tomato basil soup was delicious and should be a soup always ready to be served. My fiance ordered a porterhouse steak that he enjoyed. He is very picky about his steak and it's been a long time that a restaurant passed his approval on steak dishes.
Keep up the great service, menu selection and the ambiance. Thank you it was absolutely a wonderful evening!
